These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and mbi98.cam ("mbi98", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the mbi98 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://mbi98.cam and any associated subdomains, applications, or services operated by the Company.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the mbi98 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the mbi98 platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" The personal gaming account registered by a Player on the mbi98 platform, used to access all services, manage funds, and record transaction history.
• "Balance" The total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), excluding any bonus funds not yet released for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits issued by mbi98 to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "FPX" Financial Process Exchange — the Malaysian online payment gateway operated by Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet), linking all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB.
• "DuitNow" The real-time fund transfer system operated under Bank Negara Malaysia's oversight, enabling instant interbank transfers using a registered mobile number or identity number.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by mbi98 prior to withdrawal, involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" A multiplier applied to Bonus Funds (e.g., 10x, 20x) specifying the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "Platform" The mbi98 website at https://mbi98.cam, including all games, betting markets, account tools, and associated services available to registered Players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country, territory, or region from which access to, or use of, the mbi98 Platform is restricted by applicable law or by the Company's operating licence conditions.

To register and maintain an Account on mbi98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older. mbi98 strictly prohibits the use of its services by any person under this age.
• You are registering in your own name, for your personal use only, using accurate, complete, and current personal information.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction and are not accessing the Platform in contravention of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or close family member of an employee of mbi98 or any of its affiliated entities or software suppliers.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by mbi98 for breach of these Terms or any fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• You are not suffering from or being treated for problem gambling, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement entered into with mbi98 or any other regulated gaming operator.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms as a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the mbi98 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mbi98 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and valid contact details including a mobile phone number and email address. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You may update your contact details at any time through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.

Before your first withdrawal, and at such other times as mbi98 may require in its reasonable discretion, you will be requested to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a current passport. You may also be required to verify ownership of any payment method linked to your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any authentication codes associated with your Account. You must notify mbi98 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. mbi98 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to maintain credential security.

mbi98 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the Company's discretion. Current available payment options are always displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment methods — including payment instruments belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (may vary by payment method).
• Maximum deposit limits apply per method, per transaction, and per day, as displayed in the Cashier section.
• mbi98 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently of mbi98.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing time varies by method — e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• mbi98 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All deposits and account activities are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) controls. By depositing funds, you confirm that all funds are legitimately owned by you, are derived from lawful sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

Subject to satisfaction of all applicable conditions, you may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance at any time through the Cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 (may vary by method).
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• mbi98 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 60 minutes of approval. Actual receipt of funds may vary by payment method — e-wallet payouts typically arrive within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes.

mbi98 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requesting further KYC documentation, source-of-funds declarations, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

mbi98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. Players should read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before opting in, as terms vary between offers.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions on the mbi98 Platform include:

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• A maximum bet restriction of RM20 per spin or round applies to all Bonus Funds activity unless specific promotion terms provide otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in Bonus Funds cancellation.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the relevant wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published separately in the relevant bonus terms.
• mbi98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected Players. Promotions that have already been accepted by Players in good faith will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms, using multiple accounts, or engaging in strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — commonly known as "bonus abuse" — will have bonuses cancelled and their account reviewed.

All games and betting markets available on the mbi98 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. General gaming conduct requirements include:

• Players accept that all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The Company makes no representation or guarantee regarding the probability of winning for any individual player.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunction or technical fault are void. mbi98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in connection with a software error and to restore Account Balances to their pre-error state.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the outcome recorded by the mbi98 server logs shall be the definitive record, subject to demonstrated technical fault.
• Sportsbook bets accepted in error at obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors or "palps") may be voided or re-settled at the correct odds at mbi98's discretion. Players are asked not to deliberately exploit pricing errors.
• mbi98 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or decline bets on any market from any Player, at any time, without explanation, where there are reasonable operational or risk-management grounds for doing so.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi98 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, poker tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place wagers on the Platform without manual human input.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of differing odds between mbi98 and other operators in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or for any purpose designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Operating strategies designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine gaming intent, including hedging bonus bets, using multiple accounts to claim single offers, or any similar practice.
• Malicious Technical Activity: Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, or accepting funds to wager on behalf of another person.

mbi98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. mbi98 is strictly a service for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be engaged in as a form of entertainment and never as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

mbi98 provides the following responsible gambling tools as standard Account features:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a set period of gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications showing elapsed session time and net session activity.

All intellectual property rights in and to the mbi98 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and underlying technology — are the exclusive property of mbi98.cam or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or licence to use any intellectual property of the Company beyond the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other use of any Platform content for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi98 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or reputational harm.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

mbi98 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Account Balance derived from fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the Company shall return any confirmed real-money Balance to the Player via an agreed payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the mbi98 support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and standard processing timelines.

mbi98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect your rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and mbi98, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. mbi98 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. Our complaints procedure is available upon request through the live chat or email support channels.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in our complaints procedure. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
