Privacy Policy —
How mbi98 Protects Your Data
At mbi98, your privacy is treated with the same seriousness as your account security. This Privacy Policy explains precisely what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you hold over that information as a player on our platform.
Six Core Commitments Behind Every Data Decision
Before you read the full policy, here is a plain-language summary of the principles that guide how mbi98 handles your personal information.
Purpose Limitation
We collect personal data for specific, legitimate purposes only — account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving our service. We do not collect data speculatively or beyond what is genuinely necessary.
Security by Default
All personal data stored and transmitted by mbi98 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data within our organisation is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security reviews of our data infrastructure.
No Data Selling — Ever
mbi98 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The sale of player data is unconditionally prohibited under our internal data governance policy.
Your Rights Are Real
You have genuine, enforceable rights over your personal data — including the right to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, and request deletion of your information. We make exercising these rights straightforward through our support team.
Data Minimisation & Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the original purpose of collection or to comply with legal obligations. Data that is no longer required securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal retention schedule.
Transparent Processing
We keep this Privacy Policy current and written in clear English. Every time we make a material change to how we handle your data, we update this document and notify registered players through their registered email address where appropriate.
